Version 1.80:
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Added support for Windows Vista.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Default paths for Project and Output files changed
to My Documents/EBook Maestro.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Fixed bugs which caused eBooks to not play Flash
movies on systems with IE7.
Version 1.60:

the compiler launched with problems on operating systems
with Internet Explorer 7.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Added a new option that enables to launch eBooks
in maximized state. (FREE / STD / PRO) - Now you can use the '$$ebookdir' macro in urls
to define pathes to the files in a directory where the eBook
is placed.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - If the eBook is launched on a machine with a screen
size smaller than the eBook's width and height, then the
eBook auto fits the maximum screen size.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Added the Exit button on the Control Bar.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Fixed a bug where the compiler did not show previews
correctly.
(PRO) - Added a new feature that allows to set online re-activation
so that the user will have to re-activate the eBook each
X days/launches.
Version 1.35:
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Now you do not need to insert additional strings
of codes to embed Flash, Sound and Multimedia files into
eBook pages.
(PRO) - Fixed a bug where ebooks send a registration
data to the Online Activation module if a user did not
enter the registration name. Version 1.30:
(PRO) - New feature allows to limit unregistered users with a trial period.
(PRO) - Added support for the
Online Activation module. The module
allows you to prevent registration codes from being shared between users.

Now you can use the entire range of WSH and Microsoft object features in your
eBooks.
For example, you can use Scripting.FileSystemObject to work with files/directories,
Microsoft.XMLDOM to open/save/manage XML data, etc.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Added a new window.external function: ShellExecute(CmdLine).
The function allows to execute a command-line.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Added new window.external object:
FileInfo. The
object has properties for retrieving the file path and command-line
parameters of the ebook.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Added new window.external objects: Left, Main.
The objects have properties and functions for manipulating
the Left and Main Panels of the eBook.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Added a new window.external.ControlBar property:
Visible. The property allows to show/hide the control bar.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Added a new window.external.ControlBar property:
Height. The property allows to change the height of the control
bar. This enables to create Control Bar templates
with the different heights.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Some minor fixes to the compiler interface.
Version 1.18:
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Improvements to the compiler interface.
(FREE / STD) - The compiler stopped to auto-select the Left Panel
sub-directory when you select the EBook Directory.
(PRO) - The compiler stopped to auto-select the Left Panel and Protected
sub-directories when you select the EBook Directory.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - The compiler now automatically
enables the Left Panel
after you select the Left Panel sub-directory.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Fixed a bug where
the compiler did not launch if the Active Scripting option
is disabled in the Internet Security settings.
Version 1.15:
(FREE / STD / PRO) - New feature allows to open external webpages directly
within the Left panel and the Main panel of your eBooks.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Added a new window.external function: TempExtract(EBookFile).
The function allows to temporarily extract a file from the
eBook to a system temporary directory, if any Embedded Objects
or Plugins require the file to be saved on Hard Drive.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Fixed a bug which caused the compiler
to calculate the free disk space incorrectly if the output
file is on the same drive as the compiler.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Fixed a bug where the compiler did not calculate properly the temporary
file sizes before compiling eBooks.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Fixed a bug which sometimes caused eBooks to not
open pages with names containing the space character.
Version 1.10:
(STD) - Added the Standard version to the EBook Maestro software family.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - New feature allows to open a URL in a new browser
window when a user exits the eBook.
(PRO) - New feature allows to open a special URL in a new browser window
when an unregistered user exits the eBook.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Added "New from..." button to the toolbar.
It can be used to create new projects from existing ones.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - New projects get default settings from "Default.ebm"
file of the "Projects" folder. It can be replaced with your
project file if you wish to set your own default settings
for all new projects you create.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Added "Preview Program Window " button
to the "User Interface > Program Window " section.
It can be used to view what the eBook window will look like.
(FREE / STD / PRO) - Added "Restore the window size on startup " and
"Restore the window position on startup" options.
