User Interface Settings

Program Window

Use this section to specify the settings of the eBook window.

Minimize/Maximize buttons: the minimize/maximize buttons in the upper right corner of the window.
Resizable window: if the checkbox is selected the windows can be resized.
Start Width/Height: The width/height of the window when the eBook is started for the first time. When the eBook is started next times, it will restore its size.
Start Width - Left Panel: The width of the left panel when the eBook is started for the first time. When the eBook is started next times, it will restore previous values.
Min. width - Left/Main panel: The minimum width of the Left/Main panel. The minimum width of the window is the total of these two values (the user will not be able to make is smaller than this value).
Min. height: The minimum height of the window (the user will not be able to make is smaller than this value).
Maximized window: Select this checkbox in order to launch the eBook in maximized state.
Restore the window size on startup: Select this checkbox in order to save the width and height of the eBook program window and to restore them when the eBook is started next time.
Restore the window position on startup: Select this checkbox in order to save the position of the program window and to restore it when the eBook is started next time.
Preview Program Window: Use this button to view what the Program Window will look like.

Main Panel

Use this section to specify the settings of the Main Panel.

Disable Cut/Copy/Paste/Print: Select these checkboxes to disable the Cut/Copy/Paste/Print operations.
Disable text/image selection: Select this checkbox to make it impossible to select text and images with the mouse.
Disable dragging selection: Select this checkbox to make it impossible to drag selected objects into other applications.
Disable <Ctrl>+<Key>: If this checkbox is selected, all <Ctrl>+<Key> shortcuts will be disabled in the eBook.
Disable <Alt>+<Key>: If this checkbox is selected, all <Alt>+<Key> shortcuts will be disabled in the eBook.
Open external web pages in the main panel: By default, when a user follows a hyperlink in the main panel and goes to a web page of an external web site, the page opens in a new browser window. Select this option to open external web pages right in the main panel of your eBook.
Open last seen page and restore scrollbars positions on startup: Select this checkbox in order to save the last opened page in the registry together with the position of its scrollbars and to restore them when the eBook is started next time.
Flat scrollbars: Select this checkbox to enable the "Flat scrollbars" effect.

Context Menu

Use this section to specify the settings of the context menu that pops up when the user right-clicks on the Main Panel.
Enabled: Select this checkbox to enable the context menu.
Select the checkboxes of those items that you want to include in the context menu. Use the 'Caption' fields to specify their names that will be displayed in the menu.

Left Panel

Use this section to specify the settings of the Left Panel.

Enabled: Select this checkbox to enable the Left Panel.
Show Left panel on startup: Select this checkbox to open the Left Panel when the eBook is started.
Open external web pages in the left panel: By default, when a user follows a hyperlink in the left panel and goes to a web page of an external web site, the page opens in a new browser window. Select this option to open external web pages right in the left panel of your eBook.
Search Bar only: Select this checkbox to use the Left Panel only to display the Search Bar.
Open last seen page and restore scrollbars positions on startup: Select this checkbox in order to save the last opened page in the registry together with the position of its scrollbars and to restore them when the eBook is started next time.
Flat scrollbars: Select this checkbox to enable the "Flat scrollbars" effect.
Show vertical split bar between the left and right panels: Select this checkbox to enable the separator between the Left and Main Panels. This separator will allow the user to resize the Left and Main Panels.
Split bar - Width: The width of the separator.
Split bar - Start offset: The width of the left panel when the eBook is started for the first time. When the eBook is started next times, it will restore previous values.
Split bar - Color: Separator color.

Search Bar

Use this section to specify the settings of the Search Bar. (Available when the Left Panel is enabled).

Template: Select the template for the Search Bar.
Enable "Highlight search hits" option: Select this checkbox to enable highlighting the words found on the page.
Auto-select highlight colors: Select this checkbox to use different highlight colors for each word automatically.
Highlight color - Background / Font: If the previous checkbox is not selected, use these settings to specify highlight colors.
Preview Search Bar: Use this button to view what the Search Bar will look like.

Control Bar

Use this section to specify the settings of the Control Bar.

Show Control Bar: Select this checkbox to enable the Control Bar.
Template: Select a template for the Control Bar.
Checkboxes: Select the checkboxes of those buttons that you want to see on the Control Bar.
Preview Control Bar: Use this button to view what the Control Bar will look like.

Bottom Bar

Use this section to specify the settings of the Bottom Bar.

Show Bottoml Bar: Select this checkbox to enable the Bottom Bar.
Text: The text displayed on the bar.

Text Color: Text color.
